Because my coaching is somatic and body-based, we will practice tuning into your body to help you transform your relationship with your mind, body, and intimacy.
You can share your deepest feelings, struggles, and dreams in my coaching space.
During coaching, we can work to transform many areas of your life, including trauma, fears, pain, insecurities, and childhood memories.
In a safe and nurturing environment, we will use body/mind exercises, guided meditations, gentle breathwork, and journaling prompts.

Work with me
You can purchase individual sessions with me or a session package that includes nine 50-minute sessions to be scheduled over three months. For example, we can meet once a week for 3 weeks and then you take the 4th week off for rest and integration each month.
In addition to our sessions, I will provide follow-up emails, voice memos, and recorded practices to support your transformation journey.

What happens in a coaching session with me?
During our session, we will connect virtually via Zoom. We begin the session by discussing wins and breakthroughs from your week, and take a moment to get into our bodies as I guide you through a grounding meditation.
Next, we explore what is most pressing for you and use exercises or various body-based techniques to uncover parts of you that want to be seen and heard. We end the session by identifying the takeaways, giving you a chance to further integrate the progress you’ve made.
Finally, we close the session by identifying helpful homework and discussing ways to elevate the following week.
